Enoch is a Senior AI and Software Engineer with more than five years of experience delivering remote projects for US and UK teams. He builds production AI agents, LLM applications, and full-stack products, with a focus on making agent behaviour reliable, inspectable, and safe in regulated environments.

His experience spans financial services, healthcare under HIPAA, and onchain infrastructure. He designs agent workflows with deterministic state machines, capability-based permissions, review checkpoints, and tests that probe failure cases. His public projects include an isolated tool-execution sandbox, a conversation state machine for required disclosures, a prompt-injection defence layer, and an exactly-once webhook gateway.

Enoch works with Python and TypeScript and brings a practical approach to agent specifications, context management, code review, security boundaries, and verifiable evaluation. He holds an MSc in Data Science with Distinction from the University of East London.
